Created in January 2010 by Jérôme Lemez, the firm has continued to grow and enrich itself with each study. With a steady increase in its workforce, it now has five landscape architects and one executive assistant working together to improve the living environment in Reunion. Graduated from European universities and various colleges, the members of the team compare their respective vision and examine the sites, observe, imagine, and design them.
With their multiple experiences in France and abroad, they are constantly rediscovering places, users, technical and aesthetic forms. Thanks to this, the office is acting as a constant brainstorming platform dedicated to individuals, public bodies and professionals. Since its inception, UniVertDurable intervenes on all three fronts, which today is its core business model; appreciation of a landscape beyond the boundaries of the land registry, on both sides of the fence, with the entirety of what the eye can embrace.
Our team of landscape architects supports in an organized and professional way the development of your project whether it is private or public. The plurality of our competences guarantees know-how adapted to the site and the requirements of your project. Qualified and trained to work with rigor and requirement, we will reach the high quality services in the development of your projects. We offer technical solutions, environmentally sustainable by paying attention to details and final touches, while giving particular attention to the aesthetic sense and poetic projects whether they are small or large sized ones.
Based in Piton Saint-Leu, in the West of Reunion, the office is ideally located to accommodate professionals and individuals from across the island. Our landscape architects move throughout the island and the neighbouring lands of the Indian Ocean. (Mauritius, Mayotte, Madagascar, Mozambique, ...)
To ensure the effective implementation of all its services the firm is equipped with high-performance fixed and portable pcs, as well as printers for the small and large format outputs.
There are also 2 vehicles for multiple trips to meetings, trips to suppliers and to monitor the sites.
Note that it also has topographical equipment to achieve the level of elevation and planimetric surveys of land.
